Job summary

Think Together seeks a Site Program Manager I to lead an on-site after-school program at a partner school in Oxnard, CA. The SPM oversees operations, safety, and student experiences, ensuring compliance with program design and funding terms.

The role requires coordinating staff, volunteers, and partners while maintaining strong school-day alignment. The SPM manages budgets, attendance targets, and data integrity, and communicates with administrators, parents, and donors to support program

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
2+ years in education/youth programs; 1+ year supervisory/leadership; internal candidate program preferred.
CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 60 days; TB test; background check.

Responsibilities

Manages day-to-day site operations and program activities.
Ensures program activities align with Think Together mission and values.
Monitors student attendance, safety, and student experience; data entry cleanliness.
Trains and coaches staff; provides printed lessons, materials and supplies.
Oversees site budgets and timecard approvals; ensures compliance with funding requirements.
