Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Site Payment Lead to coordinate with study teams, ensure efficient payment setup and modifications within investigator payment systems, and manage payments for assigned studies. This role can be either office-based or fully home based, anywhere in Serbia, Poland or Hungary.

You will work independently, support project planning and timely payments, and contribute to risk management and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English (and French as noted).
• Experience in site payments, budgeting tools or CRO/pharma environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Site Payment Office activities for assigned studies.
• Coordinate with project teams to set up and modify investigator payments.
• Ensure timely payments and compliance with contractual terms.
• Audit and resolve payment discrepancies and provide reports to stakeholders.
