Job summary

Action Facilities Management, INC (AFM) is seeking a Site Supervisor in Austin, TX to assist the Project Manager in critical decision making for the contract. The role covers heating and ventilation, pumps, hot and cold water, HVAC, valves, piping, and electrical systems, with a 6:00am–2:00pm shift.

You will supervise on-site operations, perform preventive and reactive maintenance, and uphold safety and SOP standards to ensure uninterrupted service.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification is required or equivalently recognized.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees engaged in operation, maintenance, and repair of on-site equipment and systems.
• Conduct routine assessments and perform preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Review operating procedures (SOPs) regularly to ensure continued accuracy.
• Ensure staff perform tasks safely and effectively in accordance with manuals.
