Job summary

Akima Facilities Operations (AFO) seeks an HRAC Supervisor to lead HVAC maintenance for government facilities. You will oversee HRAC, Instrumentation & Control Techs, Plumber/Pipefitters, Electricians, and other techs to ensure reliable systems and compliance with contract standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising HVAC technicians and trades in complex facilities.
• Strong knowledge of safety, codes, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to manage priorities, schedules, and budgets with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and guidance to HVAC technicians and trades.
• Plan, schedule, and assign work based on priorities and contract requirements.
• Inspect facilities to detect problems, plan repairs, and maintain PM programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with facility managers, vendors, and contractors to protect contract interests.
