Job summary

Metropolis Technologies is seeking staff to support day-to-day parking operations in Omaha, NE. You will help manage locations, assist customers, and maintain equipment to ensure smooth operations. A courteous demeanor and strong communication are essential.

The role requires a minimal high school diploma and some related experience, with emphasis on safety, adaptability, and the ability to follow policies. Valid driver’s license and physical capability are needed for on-site duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Some related experience or training is expected.
• Clear spoken English and written communication are essential.
• Customer service mindset and positive attitude are needed.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and respond to inquiries.
• Sound and accurate judgment is important.
• A valid state-issued driver’s license may be required for driving company vehicles.
• Physical tasks include sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of a location within contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Help manage day-to-day activities and duties of the location.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Keep the area clean from debris, spills, etc.
• Possess thorough knowledge of garage areas and local landmarks.
• Perform other duties as needed.
