Job summary

SP+ is seeking an entry-level location coordinator in Omaha to support daily parking operations at the assigned location. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, following contractual guidelines, and maintaining a professional image for the business.

As part of the team, you will assist with day-to-day activities, participate in programs to improve client satisfaction, and help with maintenance tasks and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Oral communication: speaks clearly, asks clarifying questions, responds well to questions.
• Written communication: writes clearly and informatively, reads and interprets written information.
• Customer service: maintains a positive attitude and responds to service requests.
• Adaptability: adjusts to changes in the work environment and handles delays or unexpected events.
• Judgment: demonstrates sound and accurate judgment.
• License requirement: must maintain a valid state-issued driver's license if driving company vehicle.
• Physical demands: able to sit, stand, walk, use hands, lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of locations within contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day activities of assigned locations.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general tasks as directed.
• Report accidents or safety issues to the Facility Manager.
• Help with debris cleanup and minor spills.
• Possess thorough knowledge of garage areas and local roads and landmarks.
• Complete other duties as needed.
