Job summary

Metropolis Technologies' SP+ division is seeking a Parking Enforcement Supervisor 2 to oversee evening parking operations, supervise field staff, and coordinate activities during special events. This role serves as the primary field supervisor in the evening, ensuring efficient enforcement, customer service, and adherence to policies.

The position requires minimal high school education, solid communication skills, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee evening parking operations and supervise field staff.
• Coordinate parking activities during special events.
• Primary field supervisor during evening hours for efficient operations.
• Assist in day-to-day management of location within contractual guidelines.
• Provide courteous customer support and maintain a professional image.
• Assist with maintenance of parking equipment and general tasks as directed.
• Report accidents, policy violations, safety hazards, and unusual events to the Facility Manager.
