Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience in reprographic/mail setting.
• Excellent customer service and professional appearance required.
• Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines, strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Manager in supervising activities at the site location.
• Supervise tasks or special projects at the site location.
• Resolve conflicts or issues among employees or with the client, involving Site Manager as needed.
• Train new employees on job duties and cross-train current staff.
• Complete required logs, reports, and other paperwork.
• Perform quality checks on all work.
