Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking an Operations Trainer in Illinois to lead safety and quality training across shifts. The role includes delivering classroom and on-the-job instruction for Training Ambassadors, associates, and frontline leaders, and coordinating training requests for the site.

You will monitor progress, support change initiatives, and foster a positive team dynamic that aligns with customer experience goals. Strong English skills are required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Scheduling flexibility to support business need.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Basic Mathematics Skills.
• Experience using Google Workspace or like software.
• Proficient in basic computer and tablet skills including email.

Responsibilities

• Promote food safety, quality, and a safety-first culture through training and development activities within the site.
• Train, Cross-Train or Re-Train Training Ambassadors, Associates, and Frontline Leaders using standard methods (classroom, On-the-Job, and PIT training).
• Assist the Training Specialist in scheduling training requests and coordinating training within the site.
• Support internal change management processes for new training products or process improvements.
• Observe and provide feedback to Training Ambassadors and new associates to support development.
• Coordinate training scheduling and record training completion.
