Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Safety Coordinator to lead site safety initiatives within our distribution center. You will support the Safety Manager, drive OSHA compliance, and champion a culture of safety across production and logistics.

The role includes on-site presence, training, audits, and collaboration with multiple departments to reduce risks and improve safety outcomes. Shift: Thu-Sun nights, with a strong emphasis on front-line safety leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in distribution center safety.
• Preferred Safety Certification: GSP, OHST, etc.
• Expertise in OSHA compliance, especially with powered industrial trucks and lockout/tagout.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead OSHA compliance tasks and safety initiatives at the site.
• Conduct safety audits and root cause analyses of incidents.
• Act as on-site first responder with basic first aid.
• Coach floor teams on safe forklift operations and ergonomics.
• Collaborate with departments to promote safety policies and training.
