Job summary

HelloFresh in Colorado is seeking a Safety Coordinator to join the Site Safety Manager and safety team. You will head up workplace safety initiatives for our distribution center operations, immersing yourself on the production floor to promote a culture of safety and drive performance improvements.

The role focuses on OSHA compliance, safety training, audits, incident investigations, and proactive risk management while supporting operations across production, quality, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year with HelloFresh as a production worker with Forklift Training
• OR 3 months of Safety Internship in a distribution center environment and an associates degree in safety
• OR 2 years of safety experience in a distribution center environment

Responsibilities

• Head up workplace safety initiatives and promote a culture of safety at the distribution center
• Ensure OSHA compliance including PITs, lockout/tagout, machine guarding and chemical safety
• Conduct EHS audits, incident investigations, and root cause analysis on the floor
• Identify and address safety risks, coach operators, and support safety training and onboarding
