Job summary

HelloFresh in Aurora, Colorado is seeking a Lead Production Associate to guide the production team, model GMP/SQF/PPE practices, and collaborate with supervisors to maximize productivity and safety. You will train staff, track performance, and ensure quality throughout the line.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and ability to foster teamwork.
• Strong time management to keep the team on task and meet deadlines.
• Clear and diplomatic communication style.
• Basic math proficiency (fractions, multiplication, etc.).
• High school diploma/GED and ideally 1+ year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach team members on assembly tasks and single-piece flow.
• Foster positive employee relations through respectful communication.
• Track line counts and report performance metrics.
• Train new hires on SOPs and coach staff on company policies.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
• Identify and report defective materials or safety concerns to QA.
• Perform production duties alongside the team as needed.
• Update production data in the computer system (basic typing).
• Prepare ingredients using scales and measuring cups when required.
