Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Lead in Colorado to guide the FSQ team, coordinate schedules, training, and coaching for optimal productivity. You will uphold food safety standards and ensure meals meet HelloFresh quality expectations.

The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage audits, inspections, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience is preferred.
• Must be a trained and certified Forklift Operator with an active license.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Basic math skills and computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and provide feedback to FSQ team associates.
• Enforce safety, GMP, and SQF policies; empower associates to address non-conformances.
• Conduct quality verification in warehouse, staging, and production line setups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve non-conformances and shut down lines if needed.
• Oversee inspections and audits, including temperature checks and sanitation swabs.
• Maintain an active Forklift Operator license.
