Job summary

Sofidel America is seeking an Operating Services Administrator in Shelby, NC to support purchasing, site operations, and internal/external customers. Reports to the Site Operations Manager and works to promote safety and efficient site communications.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, attention to lead times, and coordination with accounting to resolve invoicing issues. A strong administrative background in manufacturing is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in purchasing and/or production planning.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across departments and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist site-wide purchase requisitions and annual agreements; prepare purchase orders and track purchases.
• Collaborate with Accounting to resolve invoicing issues; ensure lead times meet specifications.
