Job summary

RS Integrated Supply is seeking an Associate Enterprise Buyer to perform routine MRO procurement, ensuring accurate ordering and timely delivery within client systems. You will build relationships with site personnel, vendors, and clients, manage supplier records, and drive cost savings across assigned programs.

The role emphasizes creating RFQs, generating POs, expediting orders, and applying data-driven insights from Power BI to meet KPI targets. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 8–5.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of procurement experience.
• Two-year degree required; four-year college degree preferred.
• Knowledge of MRO materials preferred.
• Ability to learn and demonstrate proficiency in RS Integrated Supply ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create RFQs using the SAS tool, sourcing competitive pricing quotes.
• Generate purchase orders, verify quoted prices, including inventory reorders.
• Review PO acknowledgements and document price or delivery changes.
• Execute open order management activities, including expediting and confirmations.
• Find cost savings through sourcing new suppliers and negotiating discounts.
• Utilize Power BI and dashboards to monitor KPI goals.
