Job summary

ModWash is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive membership sales, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You’ll guide the team, manage openings/closings, monitor safety and inventory, and help grow the ModWash brand with exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service.
• Actively sell and present ModWash packages and membership benefits.
• Safely guide and assist guests through packages and membership options.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.
• Execute opening and closing site responsibilities.
• Maintain on-site equipment and troubleshoot when needed.
• Oversee productivity, breaks, and safety of all employees.
• Assist in attracting, recruiting, developing and coaching employees.
• Train and motivate team to enroll new members.
• Perform administrative duties related to performance management and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Ensure facilities are clean and presentable.
