ModWash is hiring an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations at a location, support the general manager, and drive membership sales while delivering a legendary car wash experience.

You will lead a team, ensure guest satisfaction, manage opening/closing duties, and help recruit and develop staff. The role requires a dynamic, energetic personality and flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to sell membership packages.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind-blowing customer service and greet guests with a smile.
• Actively sell ModWash packages and memberships.
• Guide guests through packages and membership options.
• Ensure 100% guest satisfaction and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.
• Manage opening/closing site duties and maintain site standards.
• Oversee inventory and costs of chemicals; train and motivate team to enroll new members.
