Job summary

ModWash is hiring an Assistant General Manager to run daily operations at a Clementon location and support the general manager with site and team responsibilities. You will drive membership sales and ensure guests have an outstanding experience to grow the ModWash brand.

You will lead a team, educate customers on memberships, manage shifts, and ensure safety and quality standards while building a fun, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Awesome customer service skills, previous sales experience a plus.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mind blowing customer service to guests.
• Actively sell ModWash packages and memberships.
• Guide guests through packages and membership options.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team to meet sales goals.
• Handle opening/closing site responsibilities and maintain site standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot on-site equipment as needed.
• Oversee productivity, breaks and safety of employees.
• Support recruitment, training and development of staff.
• Manage chemical inventory, usage and costs.
• Train and motivate team to enroll new members.
• Complete administrative duties related to performance and promotions.
