ModWash, located in Coraopolis, PA, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations and support the general manager across site and team tasks. You will drive membership sales, ensure guest satisfaction, and help grow the ModWash brand.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a leadership role, strong communication, and a passion for serving others. This full-time role requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends, with base pay plus commission and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Awesome customer service skills; prior sales experience a plus.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate teammates in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive membership sales.
• Present ModWash packages and unlimited wash memberships to customers.
• Guide guests through packages and membership options.
• Ensure 100% guest satisfaction and maintain site standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and open/close the site.
• Maintain on-site equipment and assist with inventory and safety of staff.
• Provide training and motivation to team members; assist in hiring and development.
