Job summary

ModWash is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations at a ModWash location and support the GM with site and team responsibilities.

You’ll drive membership sales, educate guests on unlimited wash options, and ensure an outstanding experience that strengthens the ModWash brand. The role includes opening/closing duties, safety, inventory, and team development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for serving others and strong customer service.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 25 pounds, and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales and educate on unlimited wash options.
• Greet customers and deliver outstanding service.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and site standards.
• Oversee team productivity, breaks, and safety.
• Maintain inventory and costs for chemicals.
• Ensure facilities are clean and presentable.
• Recruit, develop and motivate team; handle admin duties.
