Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a hands-on warehouse leader to manage a 5–15k sq ft distribution center, lead the local operations team, and ensure high customer satisfaction through safe, efficient, and accurate order fulfillment.

You will recruit, coach, and retain Shift Leads and Operations Associates, own scheduling and labor budgets, and push continuous improvements. This role requires a strong ownership mindset and flexibility for late shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team leadership experience in high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to manage teams of 10+ employees.
• Ownership mindset for a 24/7 business across multiple shifts.
• Data-driven problem solving using spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large team of Shift Leads and Operations Associates.
• Own day-to-day warehouse operations, scheduling, and labor budget.
• Maintain site-level metric goals for quality and speed.
• Drive process improvements using data to reduce pain-points.
