Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Site Manager in the New York area. The role directs company programs, enforces policy, and ensures contract compliance with the customer. You will plan schedules, supervise service personnel, and monitor safety, quality, and efficiency.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with strong communication, budgeting, and leadership skills. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or communications with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Bilingual abilities considered a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develops work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Inspects facilities for safety, quality, and service compliance.
• Maintains inventories of supplies and equipment.
• Reviews customer service requests and coordinates resolutions.
• Coordinates budgets and cost estimates for improvements.
• Direct liaison with contractors, customers and employees.
• Ensure site meets budget goals and regulatory requirements.
• Some travel is required for this position.
