Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Site Manager in Rahway, NJ to direct company programs and enforce policy to ensure contract compliance. The role involves planning schedules, supervising service staff, overseeing budgets, and maintaining safety and quality standards on site.

You will coordinate with customers and subcontractors, manage documentation, and drive service improvements while complying with regulatory requirements. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field from a four-year college or university with 2–5 years of experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel, assign personnel to routes.
• Inspect and evaluate establishment for program compliance (safety, quality, service).
• Audit and maintain inventories, supplies and equipment.
• Review customer service requests and address with manager.
• Assist in budget requests and cost analyses.
• Coordinate program specifications, requirements for proposals and contracts.
• Maintain financial reports: labor hours, overhead, expenses, billing, forecasting.
• Ensure a safe work environment and regulatory compliance.
• Direct supervisory management and HR-related tasks.
• Some travel is required for this position.
