Job summary

FWI (FedWriters, Inc.) in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee NRC daily records operations for USCIS, managing onsite staff and driving efficient, accurate processing.

You will develop procedures, monitor customer satisfaction, and report to Government oversight personnel. The role requires cross-functional leadership and a proven track record in operations management within the last five years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in program management, business or public administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project/operations/site/production management experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred or required within 180 days.
• Ability to pass federal suitability/background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day NRC operations and act as backup to the Program Manager.
• Address operational concerns and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement SOPs and policies.
• Coordinate staff development and training needs.
• Present reports to Government oversight personnel.
• Coordinate project activities with contractors and government reps.
