Job summary

FWI (FedWriters, Inc.) is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality control operations at the National Records Center. You will oversee a team of quality auditors and trainers and ensure accuracy across records processing in support of USCIS requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in program management, business, public administration, production/operations/manufacturing/quality management, technical management, information systems, engineering, or finance/accounting (no substitution accepted)
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing quality control operations
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification within 180 days of contract award
• Must pass a federal suitability/background investigation

Responsibilities

• Lead all quality assurance activities within assigned task areas
• Manage and lead a team of quality auditors and tutors
• Prepare and monitor internal procedures for compliance with Government regulations and policy
• Coordinate operational and administrative quality actions with Government oversight staff
• Conduct audits and report quality findings and corrective actions
• Support training and continuous quality improvement initiatives
