Job summary

FedWriters, Inc. seeks a Quality Manager to lead quality control operations for USCIS at the National Records Center in Lee's Summit, MO. You will manage auditors and trainers while ensuring compliance with government regulations and accuracy across records processing.

This on-site, full-time role requires a Six Sigma Black Belt and federal suitability clearance, with strong opportunities for professional growth in a recognized Top Workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field; no substitutions accepted for this role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing quality control operations.
• Must possess, or obtain within 180 days of contract award, a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Must be able to pass a federal suitability/background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead all quality assurance activities within assigned task areas at the NRC and NRC Extension Site-1 (ES-1).
• Manage and lead a team of quality auditors and tutors.
• Prepare and monitor internal procedures for compliance with Government regulations and policy.
• Coordinate operational and administrative quality actions with Government oversight staff.
• Conduct audits and report quality findings and corrective actions.
• Support training and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
