Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience in a retail or customer service environment required.
• Degree or certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily site operations and promote quality customer service.
• Promote and sell membership packages and upgrades.
• Provide staff leadership, training, and coaching to improve performance and up-sell memberships.
• Maintain site cleanliness, equipment operation, and safety standards.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and supply control; perform cash handling and deposits.
• Assist with hiring, staff development, scheduling, and performance issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and site security; ensure compliance with company policies.
