Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Claude, TX is seeking a Site Manager to lead programs, enforce policy, and ensure contract compliance with SBM and its customers. Shift: Days with on-call and weekend coverage as needed.

Responsibilities include planning work schedules, assigning routes, monitoring safety and quality, auditing inventories, and coordinating with customers and subcontractors. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field with 2–5 years of experience.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans and develops work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepares schedules for service personnel and assigns routes.
• Inspects and evaluates condition for safety, quality and service.
• Maintains budgets and reports labor hours, overhead, and expenses.
• Acts as liaison between company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
