Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years proven site management experience, preferably in the car wash industry.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using project management software and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet labor goals, budgets, and deadlines.
