Job summary

Gowash is seeking a General Manager to oversee all site operations, lead a team, and ensure safe, efficient daily performance. The role includes budgeting, maintenance, customer relations, and process optimization to deliver high-quality results.

The GM will recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff, enforce safety protocols, and continuously improve operational workflows to maximize productivity and quality at our car wash site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years proven site management experience, preferably in car wash environments.
• Strong leadership and managerial abilities.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with project management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee site operations including financials, maintenance, customer relations, and process flow.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines; ensure adherence.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
• Oversee coordination of materials, equipment, and resources for site operations.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely supplies.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards.
• Implement and improve operational processes to boost efficiency.
• Prepare and manage project budgets; monitor expenses and control costs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, including wash expenses.
