Job summary

Comrise is seeking a Fulfillment Node Operations Manager to lead end-to-end fulfillment operations across Houston, TX and Middlesex, NJ on-site. You will drive safety, productivity, and cost targets while building a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing 3PL providers/vendors.
• Strong project management and continuous improvement skills.
• Experience managing inbound, outbound, fulfillment, or quality operations.
• Understanding of operational KPIs, capacity planning, cost management, and problem-solving.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and partners.

• Lead strategic projects with network-wide operational impact.
• Manage relationships with 3PL providers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Establish and monitor metrics for safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members while setting clear performance expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing 3PL providers/vendors.
• Strong project management and continuous improvement skills.
• Experience managing inbound, outbound, fulfillment, or quality operations.
• Strong understanding of operational KPIs, capacity planning, cost management, and problem-solving.
• Proven experience in operations management.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and business partners.

Preferred:

• Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement experience.
• Experience creating SOPs, training materials, and process documentation.
