Job summary

Comrise is seeking a Fulfillment Node Operations Manager to lead end-to-end fulfillment operations across Houston, TX and Middlesex, NJ on-site. You will drive safety, productivity, and cost targets while building a high-performing team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience managing 3PL providers/vendors.
Strong project management and continuous improvement skills.
Experience managing inbound, outbound, fulfillment, or quality operations.
Understanding of operational KPIs, capacity planning, cost management, and problem-solving.
Bilingual in Mandarin and English with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and partners.
