Job summary

ISS Facility Services / Guckenheimer is seeking a Site Operations Supervisor to lead a motivated front-line team, plan daily activities, and uphold ISS standards of service. You will manage Janitorial, Dishwashing, and Cart Attending tasks while delivering a welcoming, safe, and clean site environment.

Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, you will recruit, train, and coach staff, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with vendors and local stakeholders to meet client expectations and SLA

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience in Facility Management Operations/Janitorial/Maintenance with emphasis on people leadership and customer service.
• Experience leading frontline teams meeting operational SLA’s and compliance requirements.
• Strong skills in communication, decision-making, leadership, and problem-solving.
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CMMS familiarity.
• Experience with CMMS systems and work order management for service execution.

Responsibilities

• Directs, supervises, and leads ISS Facility Operations and Soft Service employees.
• Implements overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of site experience activities with the Site Operations Manager.
• Interviews, hires, and trains employees; plans, assigns, directs work; appraises performance.
• Acts as a visible, first point of contact for team members and a second contact for local customers.
• Leads the team to ensure the facility is clean, safe, welcoming, and customer-centric.
