Job summary

ISS Facility Services - North America is seeking a Site Operations Supervisor in Round Rock, TX to lead a motivated team and maintain high service standards. You will report to the Site Operations Manager and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to meet client objectives and ISS quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of supervisory experience in facilities or janitorial operations, strong communication and decision-making skills, and experience with CMMS and MS Office

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience in a Facility Management Operations/Janitorial/Maintenance role with emphasis on people leadership and customer service
• Experience leading frontline teams meeting operational SLA’s and compliance requirements
• Demonstrates strong skills in: Communication, Decision-making, Leadership, and Problem-solving
• Basic computer proficiency skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, CMMS Systems, Smartphone Systems)

Responsibilities

• Directs, supervises, and leads the ISS Facility Operations and Soft Service employees.
• Implements the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of site experience activities with the Site Operations Manager.
• Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance.
• Act as highly visible first point of contact for team members and secondary contact for local customers.
• Lead the team to ensure the facility is clean, safe, customer-centric, and welcoming.
• Ensure dishwashing and food areas are clean, organized, and compliant.
• Oversee inventory levels of interior shopping tools and supplies.
• Quality control of services and coverage; cover shifts as needed to ensure continuity.
• Coach and empower the team to make decisions enhancing customer experience.
• Monitor performance against goals, address customer concerns, and meet KPI/SLA targets.
