Thompson Pipe Group in Rialto, CA is seeking a Site Operations Director for the precast concrete pipe production. You will direct end-to-end operations, set scalable policies, and own budgets and KPIs to drive safety, quality, and cost improvements.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing operations management, experience with industrial manufacturing, and a commercial mindset capable of engaging up to C-level executives. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing operations management.
• Industrial manufacturing experience; construction/building materials preferred.
• Commercial mindset with experience engaging all levels up to C-level.
• Proven ability to structure large operations and delegate through leaders.
• Strong communication and organizational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end operations to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Design and deploy scalable policies and procedures.
• Set targets, analyze metrics, and present insights to stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting and ownership of P&L; manage costs and drive data-based decisions.
• Build capability: clear goals, feedback, and development plans for leaders.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and strengthen safety, processes, and training.
• Partner with EHS, HR, Maintenance, Logistics and other support functions.
• Research the market to identify growth opportunities.
