Job summary

Thompson Pipe Group in Rialto, CA is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to direct and optimize all manufacturing and related operations across our Rialto/LA sites. You will supervise production, maintenance, quality, and safety, while aligning with financial goals and customer commitments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of manufacturing operations management, strong leadership, budgeting acumen, and a proven track record of building structured teams that improve reliability and cost

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations management in manufacturing, with team leadership and budgeting.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing; construction-related/building materials preferred.
• Experience collaborating with C-level leadership.
• Ability to lead large teams and build structured organizations.
• Strong focus on product quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages all Los Angeles and Rialto operations to improve efficiency.
• Oversees manufacturing, production, distribution, maintenance, and safety.
• Develops functional strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Establishes metrics, analyzes productivity, and sets performance targets.
• Builds staff through performance management and development planning.
• Monitors performance and implements corrective actions.
• Manages budgets and analyzes financial data.
• Enhances company image and growth objectives.
• Identifies growth opportunities and coordinates with support teams.
• Ensures leadership decisions translate into sustained results.
• Performs other duties as required.
