Job summary

Thompson Pipe Group, a leader in precast concrete manufacturing, seeks a Construction Foreman to provide hands‑on leadership across production crews. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure quality and safety across stations from forming to curing.

The role requires strong concrete knowledge, practical leadership, and the ability to collaborate with management to keep production efficient and compliant with safety policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on concrete experience at precast, ready‑mix, or related areas.
• Previous supervisory or crew‑lead experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of concrete placement, forming, curing, finishing, and defects.
• Ability to lead, train, and coach crews and enforce safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production crews at assigned stations.
• Move between stations to fill staffing gaps and maintain flow.
• Direct concrete production activities including forming, casting, finishing, and curing.
• Ensure safety, quality, and production standards are met.
• Provide direction and training to employees and monitor performance.
