Job summary

Thompson Pipe Group in Rialto, CA, is seeking a Construction Foreman to provide hands-on leadership and supervision of production crews in a heavy industrial precast concrete environment. You will oversee multiple stations, guide daily production, and ensure safety and quality across the line.

The ideal candidate has strong concrete experience and prior supervisory experience, with a solid understanding of concrete placement, forming, curing, and defects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on concrete experience across precast, ready-mix, flatwork, or precast pipe/box culvert on jobsites.
• Previous supervisory or crew-lead roles preferred.
• Solid understanding of concrete placement, forming, curing, finishing, and defects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production crews at assigned stations.
• Move between stations to fill staffing gaps and maintain flow.
• Lead concrete production activities including placing, forming, casting, finishing, and curing.
• Provide clear direction on production expectations and safety compliance.
• Monitor activities to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Train and coach employees and assist with onboarding.
