OnTrac in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Site Leader to oversee day-to-day operations at the facility and drive strategic performance. You will lead personnel, implement processes, and maintain a constructive work culture to boost efficiency.

The role reports to the General Manager and requires 5+ years of management experience, with last-mile or parcel operations experience preferred. Local onsite work and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• GED/Diploma is required; bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience, 2 in a similar industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Six years' experience in industry or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education.

• Guide and direct facility management in development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of services.
• Direct, plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives.
• Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly; report to Regional Operations and General Managers.

OnTrac is hiring a Site Leader in Pittsburgh, PA!

Location: 1470 River Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15212. This position is performed onsite at one of the Company’s operational facilities, unless otherwise specified in the job posting.

Compensation:

The expected starting base pay range for this position is $79,800 – 99,750, with a full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $99,750 – 119,700. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Employment Logistics:

As the Operations Manager at OnTrac, you will report to the General Manager. You will play a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership as well as overseeing and optimizing the day‑to‑day activities to ensure efficiency and productivity. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing personnel, implementing strategic processes, and sustaining a positive work culture within the warehouse.

The Must-Haves:

• GED/Diploma required, bachelor's degree in Logistics or related discipline preferred
• A minimum of 5 years’ management experience, 2 in a similar industry; or equivalent combination of both education and specific work experience
• 6 years' experience in industry or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Last-mile delivery or Small Parcel experience highly desired
• Experience with an independent contractor model; strong negotiation skills
• Ability to inspire a shared vision, empower and engage a team
• Strong organization and time-management skills utilizing MS Office Suite

• Direct, plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives
• Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly. Systematically report these results to the Regional Operations and General Managers
• Responsible for coaching, skills development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity for hourly and salaried positions
• Ensure adherence to all aspects of the contract and work with Vendors and Independent Contractors for accountability to the operating agreement
