The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on management of scheduling, resources, and reporting. Travel between sites is required, with on-call rotations and 24x7 coverage.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent qualifications.
• 5 Years in site management, operations, or a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, scheduling, and resource management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities, monitor performance metrics, allocate resources, and ensure alignment with company strategy.
• Enforce company policies, conduct audits, and maintain safety and operational standards.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and manage employee transitions.
• Manage shift schedules and resource distribution to ensure coverage and adapt to changing needs.
• Approve timesheets, travel, and expenses; maintain accurate records.
• Participate in on-call rotations and ensure 24x7 site coverage.
