Job summary

Sapsf is seeking a Track Lead for Program & Project Management to drive site operations and strategic initiatives. You will align site activities with corporate goals, oversee budgets, staffing, and schedule adherence, and report performance to leadership.

You will lead field teams at hyperscale data centers, ensure safety and operational standards, manage on-call coverage, and collaborate across functions to drive continuous improvement and reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading field and repair teams in a hyperscale data center environment.
• 5 years in site management, operations, or a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, scheduling, and resource management tools.
• Willingness to travel between sites for audits, meetings, and support.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations and 24x7 site operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, monitor performance metrics, allocate resources, and align with company strategy.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards; conduct audits and respond to incidents.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and manage employee transitions.
• Set goals, provide feedback, conduct reviews, and address performance issues.
• Manage shift schedules, overtime, and resource distribution to ensure coverage.
• Approve timesheets, travel, and expenses; maintain accurate records.
• Ensure 24x7 site coverage and participate in on-call rotations.
• Develop team skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identify risks, perform data-driven analysis, and drive corrective actions.
