Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Site Operations Leader to provide management assistance in a company-owned IBS location. You will develop personnel, set high performance standards, and use training resources to recognize achievements while protecting inventory and assets.

You will foster positive relationships with customers and staff, ensure clean sites, manage stockroom operations, and lead collaboration with the customer management team to optimize the IBS program value.

Formación

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school or college degree a plus.
• ASE certification within twelve months.
• Ability to manage two or more people, prioritize and delegate.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain customer satisfaction and respond to questions.
• Oversee inventory management and ROI.
• Develop relationships with local non-NAPA vendors.
• Ensure timely and accurate receipt and put-away of stock.
• Lead and coach a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow IBS policies and procedures.
