Genuine Parts Company in Napa, CA seeks an Operations Assistant/Inventory Manager to support a Site Manager in IBS locations. You will develop a high-performance team, protect assets, manage inventory, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure service levels align with customer contracts.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with POS systems and MS Office. Expect a hands-on environment, safety training compliance, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Must have a HS diploma or equivalent and be capable of leading a small team.
• ASE certification within 12 months is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and store systems; experience with POS is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Enhances customer satisfaction and manages inventory ROI.
• Maintains vendor relationships and sources parts from IBS vendors.
• Ensures contract requirements are met and communicates with client management.
• Ensures safety and hazmat training is completed timely.
• Prepares and analyzes daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation items with Site Manager.
