Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Technical school or college degree is a plus.
• ASE certified within twelve months.
• Ability to manage two or more people, prioritize and delegate to team members.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Experience in automotive after-market/parts operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of store services and ability to coach and lead.

Responsibilities

• Provide management assistance in an IBS location.
• Develop quality personnel and high performance standards.
• Ensure inventory protection and asset management.
• Maintain site cleanliness and proper stockroom practices.
• Manage vendor relationships and sourcing.
• Respond to customer questions and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Collaborate with management to meet IBS program goals and service levels.
• Train on hazmat requirements and safety practices.
• Operate POS system and catalog parts efficiently.
• Follow IBS policies and procedures.
