Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, safety, and growth at the assigned branch. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in industrial services and hands-on experience repairing water blast pumps, with a focus on cost effective management and leadership.

The role handles budgeting, regulatory compliance, and leads a team to achieve safety, performance, and customer satisfaction targets across the branch.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial services experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience (Military or civilian)
• Profit and Loss responsibility
• Working knowledge of DOT and fleet compliance
• Hands on experience repairing water blast pumps
• High level of computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize overall operations in the assigned geographic area.
• Provide leadership and direction while maintaining a safe, respectful workplace.
• Monitor branch performance and ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
• Aggressively market services and seek growth opportunities with customers.
• Prepare annual budget and enforce cost controls to meet financial targets.
• Direct weekly meetings and supervise staff and assign tasks.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Branch Manager on safety statistics and reporting.
