Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience in Facility Management Operations/Janitorial/Maintenance with emphasis on people leadership and customer service.
• Experience leading frontline teams meeting operational SLAs and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with CMMS, MS Office tools, and mobile/field apps.

Responsibilities

• Directs, supervises, and leads ISS Facility Operations and Soft Service staff.
• Responsible for implementing overall direction and evaluation of site experience activities with the Site Operations Manager.
• Interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching employees; planning and directing workflow.
• Ensure the facility is clean, safe, inviting, and customer-centric through hands-on leadership.
• Monitor performance, address customer concerns, and meet KPI/SLA targets.
