- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Technical proficiency with Excel, Adobe, and PDF tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Responsibilities
- Dispatching and coordinating field crews across projects.
- Communicating with general contractors and internal teams.
- Managing RFIs, timelines, and execution plans.
- Troubleshooting field issues quickly and effectively.
- Tracking project progress and ensuring completion milestones.
- Supporting billing milestones and payment applications.
- Maintaining strict adherence to safety policies.
- Ensuring equipment is ready, available, and insured.
