Job summary

11400 LLC is seeking a motivated Field Manager to oversee field operations, support project execution, and gain industry experience toward advancing into Project Management roles within the company. This position is heavily field focused with regular daily travel to active jobsites and occasional overnight travel throughout NC, SC, GA, TN, WV, and VA.

The ideal candidate is organized, mechanically inclined, and interested in developing a long term career in commercial construction and project

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel across multiple states.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Mechanical aptitude or hands-on problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Travel to multiple job sites daily to track progress and report status.
• Assist Project Managers with onsite coordination, field verification, and project documentation
• Perform site walks and report schedule updates, installation progress, and field conditions
• Assist with punch list items, quality control inspections, and project closeout activities
• Help identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving efficiently
• Maintain daily communication with Project Managers.
• Provide hands on support onsite when needed, including measurements, light corrective work, and general project assistance
• Manage multiple priorities and assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Adapt to changing project needs and assist with problem solving in both field and warehouse environments
