Job summary

Lucas Industrial, LLC is seeking a full-time Commercial Roofing Team Member to support installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems nationwide. This role offers year-round work, competitive hourly pay, and hands-on training for individuals who are dependable and safety-focused.

Based out of Murfreesboro, TN (relocation required before start); travel is required up to 100% of the time. Day shifts with occasional evening, night, weekend, and overtime work.

Qualifications

• No prior roofing experience required; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain flat and low-slope commercial roofing systems.
• Load materials, stage equipment, and operate hand tools.
• Assist with installation of TPO, sheet metal components, flashing, fasteners, and sealants.
• Support experienced roofers and keep the jobsite organized.
• Follow project specs and blueprints.
• Maintain a safe, professional work environment on every project.

Job Description

• Installing, repairing, and maintaining flat and low-slope commercial roofing systems.
• Loading materials, staging equipment, operating hand tools
• Assisting with the installation of TPO, sheet metal components, flashing, fasteners, and sealants.
• Support experienced roofers, help maintain a clean and organized jobsite.
• Follow project specifications and basic blueprints.
• Contribute to a safe, professional work environment on every project.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Willing and able to travel extensively for projects.
• Able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and carrying materials.

Compensation

$18.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience
