Job summary

Northern Clearing Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead field projects and coordinate with the Project Superintendent across the United States. You will drive project setups, track changes, and ensure the team meets contract requirements.

The role requires frequent travel with six-day workweeks and ten-hour days. The successful candidate will manage documentation, logs, and site operations while upholding client expectations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Office Management.
• Experience with Microsoft Projects or Primavera.
• Professional degree or diploma.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficient with computers, MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain field construction office.
• Change order tracking and contract administration.
• Submit and track hours, logs, inventory and progress reports.
• Track equipment, fuel and materials.
• Manage 811/One Call ticket processes.
• Collect receipts from crew and ensure compliance with expectations.
